General Comments

I had a call from a BT representative offering me the BT Vision pack. I was unsure because we are in an area where freeview is not readily available, but after explaining this to the rep. I was told that there would be no problems. I said I would try it on condition it worked. From the moment I tried to set it up I have had numerous problems, I tried to cancel but was told I had signed a 12 month contract but I didn't sign anything. Then I got a bill for just under £70, I phoned technical support on 3 seperate occasions, no joy there! Then today I phoned Technical support and spoke to a fantastic guy who actually knew what he was talking about. He said we coulnn't get BT Vision as it was only really a freeview box with a playback system. I've finally stopped banging my head against a brick wall. He put me through to Customer services and got the whole thing cancelled. Its back to good old Sky for me.
