Food is great tasty and is addicted especially HOT RODS and Zinger Meals
Bad Points
The team can get orders incorrect sometimes, check on your receipts and check your bags
General Comments
Reading these reviews they are similar to my experience when visiting the KFC on the Mount Pleasant. I am getting totally fed up with them getting the order wrong.
Even though I told them repeatedly what I wanted.
Some staff I've dealt with have seemed unhelpful and rude to me and I feel that lately they never deliver what i want. The good side is the food is great especially HOT RODS just make sure you have all the items you ordered in the bags.

Hi there.
I'm a duty manager at one of the KFC stores, and in response to your review:
- I agree... a lot of what goes into the bag you don't see, and its always a good idea to just double check what you've got. Just like if you paid for a new TV, you would complain if they put the wrong one in (perhaps a cheaper brand, or smaller screen), so just make sure its correct.
This is one of the biggest problems we have (incorrect orders, or missing items), but it does happen from time to time...
