Bad Points

May be difficult to sleep during the first day of taking the pill.


General Comments

I use to take Zantrex 3 last year for about 4 or 5 weeks and lost about 6 pounds with no diet or exercise.. I absolutly LOVED it.. well after being on it for a while my body I guess got used to the Pill and I felt like nothing else was happening so I stopped taking it and gained all the weight back! I tried going on it again but like I said before my body must have gotten use to it because it had no effect. Soooo I stopped taking the pill for a year and just recently had bought a new bottle. Well like instructed I took 2 pills 15 minutes before a meal with and 8 ounce glass of water and I felt like my heart was going to explode and then suddenly stop beating. When I finally went to bed about 11 hours later I had a hard time falling asleep, when I finally fell asleep I woke up 3 hours later with crazy thoughts going through my head and could not fall back asleep. I did not take any more pills today, but I think I will try taking only 1 a day for now on. Although my latest experience hasn't been too pleasant with the product my past results were wonderfull. This pill DEFINITELY WORKS just BE CAUTIOUS if you are sensitive to caffeine for the feeling is not too grand.
