No smell, easy to use, beautiful color and highlighting

If you leave on for too long, I can see where you will get a near black result.
General Comments
I've been coloring my own hair for years, and have absolutely fallen for all of the herbal essences colors. I've never had any problems. This time I was getting rid of the blonde I had had, and decided this beautiful brown velvet was a perfect choice for me. I absolutely am in LOVE with the results.
The only reason you may get patchy results is because of the way the user colors hair, the hair color itself should not leave patched results.
I can see though where if you leave it on for too long, you may get a near black result. I left it on for 33 minutes, and came out with the shade on the box. It's soft, beautiful and I plan to keep this shade throughout the winter months, before I go lighter again for summer.
