I just got my Braun Pulsonic 9595 today. This is my first ever electric shaver, I have used a razor ever since I was about 12/13 and have a thick beard that grows quick.
If I wet shave in the morning its back by the evening, even going against the grain, that kind of gives you an idea of my beard.
I tested this out today and was a bit unsure on how it would perform after reading some mixed review, but I was very pleasantly surprised.
Gives an excellent shave, does require you to go over the same place a couple of times and sometimes (mainly around the jaw line) in different directions each time.
Not as close as a wet shave with a razor which is expected, but still very close! A very happy customer!
