It dries out kinda fast....Sometimes it can be too thick so you have to be careful to avoid clumps.
General Comments
It's volumizing, lengthening, and curling! It doesn't take the usual 30-40 strokes like regular mascara. It's dramatic and awesome.
Best mascara, including drug store and department store brands.
