I ordered a set of golf clubs from Golf Online in the end of june. I haven't received my clubs yet. I have not received any reply to my e-mails or phone calls. They answered to my phone call once and promised to contact me as soon as possible. It's about three weeks ago now. After that I have spoken to the answering machine only.

    I disagree with this review because...

    I have found Golf Online the best golf shop out there and have bought from them several times. They have an excellent customer service and the staff are very helpful. Probably the best online golf shop around!

    I disagree with this review because...My friends and I have always had a great experience dealing with Golf online. We have bought several items from this store and have found the guys on the phone extremely helpful plus delivered goods within 2 days..

    This reviewer has not even given proper details about any problems faced. I think this does not help consumers like us to decide why not use to this site.

    Anyway I give a 5 star rating to Golf Online who is my favourite golf shop. Keep up the good work.
