Brutally honest. I just couldn't put this book down because I wanted to know what happened next and if he gets helped or not.
Can make you cringe with all the detail.
Joe Peters' Cry Silent Tears is truly heart breaking, I actually cried through most of it. To think a mother could inflict such creulity to somone she brought into the world and worse still allowing others to hurt him too. It makes me sick to the stomach that Joe went through all of this when i was growing up in a relativly normal environment being a mother myself i could never imagine being that evil. Joe is amazing to have come through all of that misery and writing his book to open our eyes about the underlying hell on earth.
I look forward to his next book.
