The annoying drum "thwong" from St. Anger is gone, Solo's are back. Metallica is as fast as ever. Awesome meaty riffs, and bang your head against the wall rythms.

Metallica has returned to their roots. This album has a very thrashy feel to it, and reminicent of their glory days. I feel that this is the album that should have come after ...And Justice for all, and before their Black Album.
