Joined Halifax when I was 16 because my parents were with them and first off they got my name wrong. After this all was well I upgraded to a Switch account at 18 and had no issues when they switched over to the more widely accepted Visa, then the problems started. My phone company charged me twice for a phone bill and although they agreed to refund it this charge had taken me over the agreed overdraft limit resulting in a couple of weeks struggling to get the money back and having my overdraft limit reduced. This coupled with an apparent lack of interest shown when I didn't receive a replacement card after mine had expired led me to leave.
