Quick quote and cheap too.

Bad Points

Website is woeful, gives no policy information. I wasn ' t even sure whether I'd taken out a policy or not. Very difficult to get hold of by phone sometimes, many of their numbers are engaged when I phone. A few days after going on cover I got an email saying "if you wish to accept our quote please contact us... '! Their quote reference was 1 digit too many and thus didn ' t work. I couldn't get the link for the website from their email to work. I needed to contact them but couldn ' t by phone so I emailed them...still no reply.


General Comments

More Than car insurance could improve their ciustomer service and care. Cutting costs will not improve service. I just hope I don ' t have to report a claim. Next year I ' ll probably pay more money and get a decent service. Cheapest most certainly isn ' t best.
