Good and easy to use.
General Comments
I use the National Savings and Investments (NS&I) ISA because it's simple, generally problem free. Plus, one big benefit is that HM Treasury backs the National Savings Schemes, so with the credit crunch, and banks failing or being bought by rivals, at least this scheme is more likely to ride out the problems in the economy!
