Bad Points
3 substitutions cost me 75% more than what I ordered.
General Comments
Generally not happy. Ordered bottle of gin for £9.00 on offer. They sent substitute for £15.00! Ordered packets of crisps on offer for .75 pence, they substituted crisps in a different flavour for £1.50! Plus bottles of wine much dearer than I ordered. I know you can return them to the driver but I am not always there to take delivery. They advertise these special offers to draw you in. IF they are unable to supply they should give you the substitute at the offer price, like they do in New Zealand, which is much fairer. This would eliminate them sending you the slower moving more expensive products. Also they promised me a free delivery for my next shop which they will not honour. Needless to say I will be shopping with Sainsbury ' s or Asda from now on. I did say this to the customer services clerk this morning, but she was not at all concerned about losing my business. Just said ok go ahead! Charming!
