General Comments

I would recommend Tesco's online grocery service to anyone. The website is a pleasure to use. The delivery is always on time, the drivers are friendly, the items are well-packed and breakables always arrive in one piece. Very rarely do they have to substitute items and what I order is what I receive. Can't recall the last time I had missing items. Can't comment on customer services as I've never had to use them. The only down sides are sometimes with substitutes they replace value for value instead of quantity for quantity which some people might not necessarily see as a bad thing. And on one occasion a couple of years ago a delivery didn't turn up due to snow. Thankfully we haven't had any snow since, not sure what would happen if we did. On the whole though Tesco is by far the best online supermarket of the three I've used (the other two being Sainsbury's and Asda)
