Bad Points
Disappointing customer service from some.
Gym equipment and sauna's sometimes broken when I visit.
General Comments
Be very careful of the contract terms. You must give a month ' s calendar notice. Recently I have secured a job outside of the UK in Sydney - when informing the club on the 7th of September they said I would also have to pay for Oct as they require a calendar months notice. When phoning the customer services department at head office and asking that why after 9 years of membership and hading over £7500 of fees including introducing 3 friends and my wife and would expect them to be flexible so as not to charge for October considering I would not even be using the gym, they referred to the T&C's.
