Relatively cheap and nice website

Connections, technical glitches, incorrect charges, some difficult agents.
General Comments
I used to use 101XXXX numbers to get cheap international rates for my overseas calls (ASIA). They were cheap and can be used anywhere. However, I converted to TimeWarner's digital phone service and found too late that those numbers are blocked. So I tried Tel3Advantage. The account required a $10 minimum to open, which I would gladly pay if the service worked. So far I have not had a clear phone call. The connections sound DISTANT and DISTORTED. It usually takes a few tries to get a connection and you get charged for each one. The problem is each call costs me 2-3 minutes minimum even though they were 30 seconds or less. Each time I complained, they send me an email saying the system has just been fixed and would I try again. Tel3Advantage will credit you some minutes back if you complain loudly enough. However after multiple attempts with no success, I wanted out. Closing my account and getting credit back was another long struggle. Advice: Don't waste your time and money, try another service. This was an expensive and time consuming lesson for me.
