General Comments
I think the Royal Mail offers the worst postal service I have experienced, I simply want to get my package delivered or collect it myself and I want to speak to someone at my local sorting office to find out if the package has got back from the failed delivery.
Tell me how I do that with the system which is cleared geared to prevent giving any service to the customer in my opinion. I do not recommend Royalmail.com.
