Good Points

When with amazon the service was second to none, excellent turnaround for discs and regularly got films from top of list


Bad Points

Since being taken over by Lovefilm service deteriorated dramaticly for me, was on 2-disc package, received 2 films in 10 days and neither was top or medium priority, have since cancelled.


General Comments

I feel since Lovefilm took over this DVD rental my experience has gone downhill, would not recommend to anybody, have been trying to join further online companies but most seem to be run by Lovefilm.... will never ever use them again. My rating is based on experiences with Amazon only... if rating Lovefilm it would be a big fat 0, seems to be the general census on these pages.
