Nice, clear website. Car was ok
Bad Points
They added 10 euro to the total amount because of taxes, but on their website it says: all taxes included. They don't answer my mails when I ask for a refund. No respect for customers !
General Comments
Even if it says taxes included on their website be sure to complain about the taxes at the desk. If they say on their website that taxes are included then they should be included and not charge you for another 10 euro.
