General Comments

I flew with Turkish Airlines only once (Amsterdam-Istanbul flight). The first thing I realized that there were not any queue for check in, there were 3 counters, I got my boarding pass quickly. That was really impressive for me (especially after waiting 3 hours in Schiphol to get my boarding pass in my previous flight with another airline). Then I got on the plane, as always the staff was friendly at initial glance, the good thing was, it continued during the whole flight. The food served was really delicious. Plane landed on time, everything went above my expectations.
Although they were not bad in my flight, they could add some few services to make the journey more enjoyable. For example, the planes are new and there are screens in each row, but they are just showing the time, however, I had a watch. What I expected to see was at least a 5 minute video about Istanbul (because I saw it in another airline from another country). And some traditional food (at least some delicious Turkish desserts) may make the menu more attractive.
