Patchy reception
Virgin offers excellent value for money and customer service, but in London the one2one network just doesn't make the grade, especially indoors. Signal quality can vary enormously within the same room, and calls are often lost midcall, or you can hear the caller but they can't hear you and vice-versa. Often you or them will sound like a Dalek!
