Good Points
Setting up no problem at all. The geographic number is good because people do not want to call high fee lines. We use it a lot for international calls and the rates are excellent.
Bad Points
Doesn't always respond correctly if the number you are calling switches to voice mail.
General Comments
Have been using Draytel VOIP for a few years now without any real problems. It is actually easier to sort out than a landline. We moved premises twice and it never noticed!
