Good Points

I wouldn't be able to state any good points because the machine has been used on two occasions and now won't spray. I did some pretty extensive internet troubleshooting and still doesn't work.


Bad Points

It only worked twice and the suction thing closes every 2 swipes of the carpet and you have to turn it off and wait a minute then try again only for it to close and you have to redo that over and over.


General Comments

How do you review something that costs $200 and only works 2x? Of course, I have now had the Bissell 9400E Proheat Select 2X a year and on my 3rd cleaning and the sprayer doesn't work. It does clean the heck out of a carpet but for that much money and only 2 clean carpets, not good. So, I paid $100 each for 2 cleanings which I could've gotten a professional to do and sat on the couch and watched!
