The actual show "Africa Africa" was superb. It deserved every rave review and more.

The event was advertised as a total package of experiences of Africa but when we got there 6 tents had already been struck and packed. Given that this get out was known to be happenning months in advance we recieved no warning when we booked tickets. We did not get the total event as advertised.

Ticketmaster should have given notification that on the last Saturday over half the advertised attractions would not be there and offered reduced seat prices accordingly. As it is many peole paid out full prices and only got less then half of an event, and there is no way those tents leaving was "an event or circumstance beyond it's reasonable control", to quote section 9 of their rules.
