Bad Points
Not arrived yet, 1-2 days then 3-4 days now 7-10 days. Not reliable. & no compensasion given.

General Comments
I placed an order which was in stock, but will now take 7-10 days to deliver. Today is day 10 and no sign of my guitar, also no email or phone call.

Very bad, If & when I do get my guitar I will change my report if everything is up to scratch, but with this service if any problems happen when I get my guitar this shop will never get another purchase from me.
