quick turn around


Bad Points

on 2 disc package and only being sent 1 disc a time despite having 75 in list with 26 of them been available now.then being told its my fault i dont have enough in ist.


General Comments

avoid used to be good but since change of name/ buy out? to OUTNOW DVD have gone down hill seem to want the money and fob you off by sending 1 disc a time for a 2 disc service.
Careful when you cancel because if your direct debit date is say 28th and you cancel anytime prior to this you lose all those days.
Avoid use lovefilm or blockbuster far better service.
