Poor service, some unhelpful staff.
I ordered some bunk beds on 2nd August 2008. Best Choice Furniture said I would have the beds by 6th. They didn't arrive. I rang the following tuesday and asked them where the beds were only to be told their lorry had broken down on route and the beds would be with me the next day. I informed them if they weren't then I would be cancelling the order. The beds never arrived I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I am still waiting despite numerous E-mails and phone calls.
