Bad Points

I was disappointed with customer services as they just transferred my calls to the branch. Contacted them over 15 times. I have not received a reply to my emails yet, there seems to be no one person in charge.


General Comments

Here's my story of Dwell- purchased items for price higher than what they were advertising in their current up to date magazine. When told them no one appeared to be able to give me an answer - with hounding phone calls i managed to get an email reply. They have stated they wont be refunding the money nor taking the goods back since there was a misprint in their catalogue.
