Every time I deal with Abbey I have a problem - whether it ' s on the phone, in the branch, or online. The most annoying thing of all is when you think you are finally sorted, you find out that they have not listened, not done what you have asked and what they confirmed they would do, or plain and simply given me the wrong information. Also I think it ' s funny that I have to phone them if I have a query. There is no email contact, or blogs page so that people can share information about their issues and possible solutions to them.
