Bad Points

KGM appears to have delayed the processing of my claim for no particular reason. I get the impression that their departments do not talk to each other. I have been without a scooter (or compensation) for nearly two months not.


General Comments

My scooter was stolen on the 22nd of July. I reported it to KGM. The police found the scooter a couple of days later but it was heavily damaged. I updated KGM who said they'd send out somebody to assess the damage. I didn't hear from them in over 2 weeks so called on the 11th of August and was told they hadn't received the assessment report yet and they would chase it up.
Another week or so went by and I still hadn't heard from KGM so I emailed on the 21st and 23rd of August but received no reply. I telephoned again on 26th of August to be told the same thing and that they would now chase it up as a mater of urgency.
It is now the 10th September and I STILL have not heard anything from KGM. I just telephoned again to be told they would look into it and call me back. I'm still waiting...
