Good Points

Looks great, I love the classic style.I was originally looking at Bonnies but changed my mind when I saw the W650. I read all the reviews I could find, including the comparisons with the Bonnie and the W650 was rated the better bike.


General Comments

I have a 2000 model that I bought in 2004 with 20,000kms on it - it now has 60,000 kms on it - I often ride it to work, do weekend trips of about 1,000kms and also did a 5,000 km trip following the coast from NSW to SA and it hasn't missed a beat. It attracts a lot of attention, especially from elderly blokes who tell me about the Triumphs they used to own and who are gobsmacked when I tell them that it's a newish Kwaka.
My husband does all the maintenance on it & finds it really easy to work on and he also enjoys washing & polishing it as it comes up looking so good. I get a lot of hassling from the blokes in his Triumph club to swap to a Bonnie but it's not going to happen! I'm just sorry that I passed up the chance to buy another low kms one last year as they're so scarce now.
