Good Points

I have used bonus print for a about 3 year and have always receive excellent service from them. I order a lot from them so order have been 200 photos or more. I also order Christmas cards, normally over 40 every year. Their produce range is also fantastic and have ordered a various of their photo gift.


Bad Points

But this last year I feel that the quality and service has dropped. I have e-mailed them to complain but they don't seem to care. The photos I have received back recently have seemed of very poor quality with photos that look like the ink has run out half way through the printing, these are on large print I have ordered. Do they not check the quality before they send out the photos? Duplicate photos were missing. The last 5 orders I have had back from them all appeared to be poor. When I e-mailed them they said send back the order. I did not really want to send back over 200 photos in the hope they would get right. Mistake happen we are all human. But I felt as thought they didn't care.


General Comments

Bonusprint - We are all human and make mistake which is why I did nothing about the first two order which I felt were of a poor quality. But when the mistakes are pointed out to them I would hope they would do something about it. In the past I have ordered a lot of photos from them and have always receive good quality prints. I can only guess that something has changed.
I did not send back any of the photos manly from the seemingly poor response I received from their customer care team, who again did not seem to care or even apologise. I pointed out that I always order large batches of photo in one order and was not happy about send back such a large order. I did offer to scan the photos in and e-mail them to them but again they did not appear interested in my problem. To send back over a 100 photo just to wait another week to receive them back is once again poor service in my opinion.
