I rang The Bridal House yesterday about going to see my dress, I have paid the deposit so obviously want to have a look at it, as it is one the bridal house helped to design it is not available on the internet to look at. So they said I could come and take some pictures, just pop in any time today. So my friend rang them this morning to check all still ok and they said they are busy and understaffed so i wouldn't be able to try the dress on and get the pics, I would just have to quickly snap the dress and compare my shoes with it. And to be honest I do not like their attitude, every time we phone with a query e.g. who designed the dress, how long to order etc they seem too busy to take the time out to discuss. I think for your big day every bride should be made to feel like they matter, fair enough if they are busy but there are ways of saying things and they didn't offer to make me another appointment. Not happy and dreading going to take the pics now.
