Can't think of any.
Appalling interest rate after initial introductory offer. Company increases interest rates at short notice, an existing attitude which seem to be to fleece the customer for every penny they can wring out of them.
Having opened up the credit card with the basic offer I noticed a creeping interest rate, with th end result that I eventually got a letter saying that they would be increasing the rate to 34%. I immediately rang up to pay off the balance, at which point they offered to reduce it. It appears that Virgins Modus Operandi is to see how much pain the customer will take and then reduce it accordingly when they decide to opt out. Interestingly enough they then charged me 12 pounds interest on a returned direct debit which they tried to collect for a non existent outstanding balance. You couldnt make it up! If you have to have one credit card make sure that Virgin is not the one, if you have to have many credit cards, make sure Virgin isnt among them!
