Overall Rating

The seats were comfortable and they had online booking.

- Tickets were 50 pence more expensive than the much better Showcase Cinema down the road.
- Two fo the three ticket collection machines were out of order.
- Refreshments were very expensive, even compared to other cinemas.
- The popcorn was cold and too salty.
-The drink was over diluted so tasted off carbonated water not fanta.
- The staff I dealt with were slow and had bad manners.
- The volume of the movie in the cinema was very loud, even by most cinema standards.

The Vue in Bristol is simply awful. From start to finish I was irritated and disappointed by my experience. Luckily the movie itself, Hulk 2, was pretty good so at least I could enjoy that.

I will never visit this cinema again. Instead I will go back to my regular cinema - the Showcase in Bristol.
