I was given very little information about the kind of holiday I was taking; the staff did not provide me with much information.
This is a company that has very poor customer services. When we arrived the resort was terrible, firstly it was so so windy that it was not possible to use the beach because the sand hit you so hard within 30 seconds of sitting down that it was actually painfull, getting in your ears & eyes. Secondly, the beaches were really terrible, full of black lava rocks & very ugly. Thirdly, the food in the hotel was terrible, the sald bar terrible, the prepared food seemed to me to be very poor quality.
Thirdly, the resort had almost no nightlife whatsoever, there was nowhere to go at nights, we ended up spending all our holiday eveings in the hotel.
