The team in the showroom were helpful, and their brochures have some pretty picture but thats about it.
Bad Points
Bad attitude, hard sell and basically didn't take us seriously which I found to be quite offensive.
General Comments
We asked in one of the showrooms to arrange for a rep to come out, measure up and to design a kitchen for us.
Arranged for the next day.
The rep called at the time he was supposed to arrive saying he would be late, ok fair dos, things happen, as long as we knew what was going on thats fine....he then phoned over an hour later to say that he was going to be even later.
Eventually turned up and was quite pushy. Hubby explained that we wouldn't be signing anything that day (because we were shopping round and exploring our options).
As soon as hubby said this the attitude changed completely. Everything I said I wanted in a kitchen was "oh, you cant do that" or "that won't look very good" or "thats cost you a fortune" (as it happens we have spent a fortune - granite throughout and rangemaster deluxe model appliances, so who he was to judge us I dont know).
It took near three weeks to come back to us with a design, in which time we had 2 other designs, one of which we agreed to got the quote and agreed the contract with the work starting the following week.
So I can't comment on what the kitchen from Moben would have been like but after what I felt to be bad customer service we had no intention of buying from them regardles of design or price.
