Good Points

Its looks ..It feels safe....and its reliable.


Bad Points

Took me ages to get the starter motor off to recon it and the back window winder motor packed up ...as they do... If you live by the sea make sure you oil up the chasis well...They are not built underneath for westerly storms of salt and sea.


General Comments

Have been messing about and building cars since I was 14, a long long time ago and this is the best motor I have ever had.
Always wanted a good 4x4 but could never afford one until this one came along from after a six month wait in Japan. That was four years ago. Thank goodness I didnt buy a Discovery of the same age.
It always wants to please and have only had to replace the exhaust, CV boots, and the bits above in five years. Its let me down once when the off side battery died and wouldnt start.
Its not worth what I paid for it now but I will never get another motor as good as this. Its here for a while to come!
