Good Points

The service is there to help you out of an emergency and that is what it does
Which? awarded this company a best buy
cheaper than British Gas.

General Comments

I have only just recently taken out some cover with HomeCall, the product is called "Lightning".
I did not have any form of cover already in place and with the great british summer coming to an end (that's if we have had one at all) I turned on my heating, to my shock the pilot light would not light, I called Homecall and they arranged for a gas man to attend, he called me in 15 mins and attended an hour later, he fixed the problem and also sorted out some other issues.
This company was efficent and reliable I would happily use them again.
