Solid high quality laptop. I love the screen, decent speakers and it is still fast enough more than 5 years on.
Bad Points
A real serial port would have been nice. But the USB type is not too much of a problem.
General Comments
I have taken this laptop all around the world to some pretty rough places - Afghanistan and all over Africa. It has coped with the heat, humidity and dust and rough handling. In all that time, only the battery has failed (after 5 years). I have reinstalled the operating system only once. Full marks.
