Easy to clean and very reliable. Had ours for 4 years now with very little wrong with it. Nespresso service excellent and if anything goes wrong (eg new steam nozzle) we were sent one at no charge within 24 hours. Excellent service.
Have to order coffee pods, however, we have found nespresso to always have delivery within at least 2 days, but sometimes not as convenient as going to the local store.
I think the Magimix M200 Nespresso Coffee Machine is an excellent system, so much so I am considering buying another one for home and taking our home one back to the office.
I have recommended this machine to my colleagues and the 3 who bought it also have excellent comments.
