General Comments

Ok so I buy this derbi gpr 125. Just traded in my scooter. So I get outside and try to start it, took a bit off convincing and it was a cold day, so get that going, yeah this is feeling good. . . Stall. Ok take a deep breath. Eventually I get going an ok. Get home stalled quite a lot but nothing to be concerned about. . Is it?? So time goes on and then indicator switch breaks, take it back to shop and they fix it. Off I go again then one day on my way to my friends the front disc brake seizes without me touching it (had this briefly on moments before) and on the greasiest roundabout in England, the inevitable happens and as I try to get around, the back end wipes out, taking me straight to the floor with the bike on top and so I get sorted go to get it fixed. New gear lever, new brake handle, new brake, new chain, new sprocket. So then I go to get it can ' t bleed the brakes. 3 weeks later yeah we've bled the brakes (handle pulls back to the bar almost) so off I go and sort it out myself. Then the gears go wrong. I can't change gear so the lever has buggered up then I fix that and I can't start the bike for 3 days then I go riding and the gear lever snaps off. Ok enough off the sob story. Yes it doesn't help that dodgy dealers sold me the bike then "repair" the bike but a bike shouldn't be this bad anyway. Parts are expensive trust me. It drinks oil and petrol for a motorbike, but otherwise it ' s a lovely little machine. The riding position will kill you. Once you do stoke the engine up its little monster. But I won't be getting one again. It ' s too much hassle. I wouldn't want anyone to go through that same situation. Maybe it ' s not the bike and the fact you should check a bike over real good when you buy it, but it ' s still bad. Sorry for going on, but I hope this is of use to you.

I disagree with this review because... you say its get of and push until like 8000rpm I really disagree with this it acceletates to 40 in like 1st gear then once you go to second and give it throttle before you know it your going 60.
