Good Points

The actual ship. Planatarium and daily lectures

Bad Points

Food poor quality. Service at resturants. Carnivals money making attitude. Quality of shows. Brooklyn Terminal (lack of help when luggage couldn't be found).Kings Court, so poorly designed. The Theatre, too many obstructed views. 15% 'service' charge on all purchases.

General Comments

Oh dear, the once proud Cunard name has been devalued by the American owners. All the serving staff have the same surly way about them.
The food is OK but that's it, P&O in May this year produced far better food and excellent service. The shows in the theatre were on par with your local Am Dram society, they appeared to have no direction or theme.
