Good Points

i found the member of staff in the store to be very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, when i went in to buy a new bedroom. He was new to the store and in my opinion a great addition to any team.


Bad Points

The store itself was rather dark with quite a few lights out and there were also gaps in their displays, but i was informed that this is due to the store moving to a new site in the Rochdale area.


General Comments

Having read quite a few poor reviews on MFI, i feel it is my duty to tell of some good. All too often we are quick to complain but never compliment. So to all in the Rochdale area, if you need a new kitchen or bedroom, pop into the MFI store. You will receive a very good standard of service, especially if you get the same young gentleman i was fortunate enough to deal with.
