Good Points

Instantly move money from savings to current account or vice versa,see what standing orders or direct debit you have, start additional savings schemes and name them what you wish (mortgauge/retirement etc).

General Comments

Remember your security information when logging in and you are laughing,been with them 25 yrs ish and on internet banking with them when it first started (lots of years) and not had any problems. Phoning them can be a pain because you dont talk to your local bank but at least you dont get to speak to someone from another country who cant understand you or vice versa.
