Good Points

lovely pools plenty for children to do


Bad Points

Air conditioning only on for a few hours every day even though this was early august and temp soared to 39 degrees. Not enough poolside beds.


General Comments

Definitely would not go to this hotel again, mainly because of air condition, stifling. Manager blaming budget travel and budget blaming manager terrible. There was loads of people waiting to see rep to complain. I would not recommend.

    I disagree with this review because...the staff and food and the reps were excellent..there was so much to do here..i have been here 3 times..it just gets better every time.
