Bad Points

Slightly slower platform than IG or CMC perhaps but much easier to use, but Cust service as explained is much better.


General Comments

Capital SPreads offer an easy to use platform, only some minor delays in trades being filled - usually over figure releases in the underlying market - orders and stops filled at requested levels almost 100% of the time unless slips or gaps happen which is frustrating, and you don't have to pay for the stops!
Probably the best for CS is their outstanding Customer Service team who when i have contacted them are very efficient, helpfull and knowledgible and are more than happy to put things right if they are at fault or explain otherwise.
I have an IG and CMC account and both pale in comparison with CS due to the above. Try Cap spreads for yourself. I'm not a big fish but I like the personal touch CS seems to offer to all its clients.
