Bad Points

Tiny kitchen area and only utensils supplied were 3 plates, 2 forks and knives and a couple of spoons - the bar wouldn't even loan 2 wine glasses for use in the apartment!! Filthy bath, and shower head had to be handheld while trying to wash as no wall fixing. Patio door didn't lock properly. Staff unhelpful and cleaner useless!!!


General Comments

I think this place must have changed hands recently as I booked last minute 2 weeks ago, and went for 1 week. Was really excited as all of the reviews were fantastic, but when we got there I nearly cried!!!
I don't understand how these could be classed as self catering apartments when you can't even prepare a salad with the equipment provided!!!
The staff were very stand-offish and wouldn't even lend us a couple of wine glasses and a corkscrew.
Balconies are mostly north-facing and don't get the sun
Pool area was not cleaned the whole time we were there.
Bath was filthy when we arrived, and was still the same when we left (I wrote my name in it on the second day as a test to see if it would be removed)
Our bedclothes and towels were not changed in the week we were there.
Also, we knew nothing about having to pay 40 euros for air conditioning and 15 euros for safe until we got there, and assumed that at least the safe money would be a returnable deposit, this was not the case.
Trianda is lovely, but beware - you'll be served chips with everything!!!!!
