Good Points

The resort is super clean staff are even in there costumes cleaning their designated areas. The staff really make the holiday by being in character not just in a casual top.
All bags are checked before entering the park which gave you a good sense of safety.
Hotel (Santa Fe) was well maintained and very clean.
Parent switch system works well along with fast pass well worth using and staff very helpful in organising these.
Purchases all of reasonable prices about £2 for a drink and lunch for 2 adults 2 children £18. This applies for gifts etc all reasonable we got a lot more than anticipated.


Bad Points

It seems to be the most common thing that people agree on and that is that some people have no concept of a queue. It is extremely annoying as they will just openly queue jump.
No tea making facilities in hotel room and evening meal not that nice, we used our vouchers in Annetees diner where staff were very helpful and friendly.
Charles de Gaulle airport extremely un organised and busy. Not very clean and generally very stressful.


General Comments

We had an absolutely fabulous time even though it rained 90% of the time you still captured the magical feeling.
I recommended pre ordering the half board option as this saves you some serious dollar.
Take snacks etc away with you and a bottle of squash as it seems that fizzy is the only option.
Pack clothes for all occasions but they do sell poncho for 8 euro adult 6 euro children that are a great find and really helped us.
Pack trainers or shoes that you know are comfy 12 hours walking takes it toll!!!.
Enjoy every moment as it goes fast but be prepared for how tiring it is.
