Bad Points

No slipper clutch.. It cost about 1000 to 1500 to install one. Other then that if you are picking up this bike you are getting a great bike that you will have lots of fun on.

In 2008 honda fixed this problem.

General Comments

The Honda Fireblade is the best handling bike I have ever been on. It has a good response when riding and glides down the roads at all speeds. I baby my bike for the most part but every once in a while I pull it up and ride one down the road. It is easy to do and I could see why a lot of stunt riders would like it. Handles good with a passenger and one of the best looking bikes of the 1000cc class. If I could go back and choose over again between all the bikes I wouldn't leave with anything else but the Honda. Honda has really made a great looking and performing bike since the whole fireblade line came about. I am glad to have had a chance to not only ride one but own one of the greatest sport bikes ever made.
